Planning ahead? Here are some key details for the big night, January 18, 2020!
General admission tickets are $65 and VIP tickets are $195 which includes buffet dinner, hosted bar, VIP seating and access to TEC Awards After-Party.

5:30 pm: Check in and Bars Open for VIPs
6 pm: Doors Open for VIPs: Buffet Dinner, Open Bar, Seated Tables
6:45 pm: Doors Open for General Admission
7 pm: Awards Show Begins
9:30 pm: Awards Show Ends
10 pm –12 am: VIP After-Party in Avalon Ballroom (must have VIP lanyard to attend)
If you purchased a General Admission ticket:
Bring your confirmation (either printed or on a mobile device) with you to any Badge Will Call location throughout The NAMM Show campus to pick up your General Admission ticket starting Wednesday, January 15 through Saturday, January 18. You MUST have your ticket and will be asked to present your TEC ticket upon entry at the Hilton Pacific Ballroom entrance.
If you purchased a VIP ticket or table:
Pick up your VIP ticket(s) and receive your VIP table assignment at the Hilton Level 2 Registration Desk starting at 11 am on Saturday, January 15. VIP tickets must be picked up on Saturday at the Hilton and are not available at Badge Will Call locations. NAMM VIP guests and VIP sponsors will receive tickets from NAMM staff before the event.
General Admission: MUST have TEC ticket for entry. Present ticket at the Pacific Promenade entrance. Lost or misplaced General Admission tickets may be reclaimed at the Hilton Level 2 Registration Counter. Only general admission tickets can be re-printed.
VIP Admission: All VIP tickets and table numbers will be delivered in advance or can be picked up at Hilton Level 2 Will Call on Saturday from 11 am—7 pm. You will have access to all bars beginning at 5:30 pm and ballroom entrance at 6 pm.
